Press pizza dough into greased 12-inch pizza pan. Form a rim by pinching the edge of the dough.
Combine tomato sauce and Jamaican jerk seasoning and spread over crust. Top with sweet potatoes, bell peppers and Canadian bacon. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the toppings. Top with Scotch bonnet peppers, if desired.
Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned.
