Combine turkey, wine, cilantro, coriander, cumin and black pepper in a medium sized bowl. Squeeze lime and add juice to turkey mixture. Marinate 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a large pot on medium heat. Add onion, peppers and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are softened. Stir in beans. Cook until chili begins to simmer. Add turkey mixture, and simmer 1 to 2 hours stirring occasionally.
