Summer Bean and Tomato Salad

Blanch green beans; shock in ice water and drain well.  Place tomatoes in a large bowl.

Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, Italian seasoning, granulated garlic, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.  Pour over tomatoes; stir.  Add green beans and toss well.  Garnish with feta cheese. Serve immediately.
