Lamb Chops with Rosemary and Fennel

Combine rosemary, fennel seed, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt in a food processor or blender.  Process until fine.  Stir in olive oil.  Spread the mixture on both sides of lamb racks.

Broil or grill about 8 to 10 minutes for medium, or until desired doneness.  Carve into chops.
